Congratulations on taking the first step to better awareness in personal safety! It is my mission to ensure that you receive the best in instruction for your personal goals. My class will take you through the mental and physical aspects of spatial awareness, situational awareness, mental toughness, and knowing that you have the strength to overcome any adversity just by being aware of the things around you! It has been a passion of mine to teach the Martial Arts to countless numbers of Siouxland residents. I currently hold a senior third degree black belt in TaeKwonDo from the regions premier martial arts facility Tiger Rock and World Class Instructor, Grand Master Bert Kollars. I have held certifications in the following areas:
TaeKwonDo
Specializing in Juniors and Adults
Specialized in Women’s Self Defense
Instructor in CDT encompassing family safety, personal safety, Law Enforcement
To set your mind at ease this is not the “typical” class. You will not be subjected to anything you cannot handle. This class is designed specifically for today’s woman, strong and confident. Yes it will be a little physical, but you will be prepared in the event of imminent danger. I will teach you the basics of self-defense without feeling overwhelmed or confused. I promise you will feel EMPOWERED at the end of this hour and a half class. Just know this class is not about me, but YOU! YOU are the important factor, YOU are responsible for your safety! I just give you the necessary tools to accomplish this goal. I hope to see you soon in one of the many classes offered by Ultimate Fitness. I look forward to meeting you and hope to assist you in any way I can!
