


My name is Travis O’Connor and I work at Ultimate Fitness as a certified personal trainer and as the personal training manager. I’m certified through the American Council of Exercise and also have an Associate’s Degree in Sports Management through the University of Phoenix, and currently working towards my Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Management through the United States Sports Academy.
Whether you are looking to lose 20 pounds or more, or wanting to gain 20 pounds of muscle or more I can help you achieve your goals. I have clients that have lost up to 40 pounds or more and clients that have gained up to 20 pounds of muscle. I’m not the type of trainer that will meet with you, and then leave you on your own until the next time we meet. I give my clients routines that give them exercises to do on the days we are not together. Along with this and a personal nutrition plan, I set my clients on a path for success. I care about each and every one of my clients as if I was training one of my own family members. I am here to help you get to the fitness level you have always wanted, whether you are seasoned athlete or someone who just wants to be able to wake up and feel healthier.
