Circuit Training classes:

Tuesday: noon and 6:00 pm

Wednesday: 6:00 pm

Thursday noon and 6:00 pm

 

Circuit Training: This class will challenge you with something different every time! Fun and exciting circuits that will keep you motivated. 30 to 45-minute adult group fitness class. Great for any fitness level with cardio and strength training exercises.

Boot Camp Strength and Cardio Program   Focus on Strength, agility, speed and balance. Basic athletic mevements and drills are taken from traditional fitness, military traing or sprots conditioning programs with modification for all fitness levels. Enroll online for Boot Camp
Learn how to defend yourself! Chuck will teach you defense moves and much more.
