Tuesday: noon and 6:00 pm
Wednesday: 6:00 pm
Thursday noon and 6:00 pm
Circuit Training: This class will challenge you with something different every time! Fun and exciting circuits that will keep you motivated. 30 to 45-minute adult group fitness class. Great for any fitness level with cardio and strength training exercises.
