What should I do if I lose my access key fob?

If you have lost your access key please call us as soon as possible so we can deactivate your lost card. We no longer give out access key fobs for our door system. All new members or members that have lost their access key receive door access codes.  Cost to replace your lost key with a access code is only $10. You can call with a credit card to activate your new access code over the phone. 712-252-2115

I didn't lose my key, but I would like a access code instead.

If you would like to replace your key with an access code there is no charge.  You must turn in your old access key fob to receive an access code.  Your access key fob must be in good and working condition to exchange it.
