What should I do if my access key or access code is not working at the front door?

There may be 2 reasons for a key/code to not work at the front door

• Your key fob has gone bad: if this has happened please stop in to exchange your non-working key fob for an access code. The front door will give no light or sound response to bad/old keys.
• Your account has a balance on it: you may owe for your monthly dues, please call us as soon as possible to make payment arrangements or to give us a new credit/debit card number. 712-252-2115
