Add Family Members
There are two ways to add family members to your membership:
Stop in: come by and fill out our add form so your family members can be added onto your monthly payments. First month payment and access code fee will be due that day.
Call with credit/debit card: call 712-252-2115 with a credit or debit card and you can add your family members on over the phone. First month payment and access code fee will be due at the time of the phone call so please have your card ready.

anyone that does not live in your household
